30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your dining set. If you are not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in original condition with all packaging
• Assembly hardware must be included
• Items must be free of damage, stains, or modifications

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@paperstrawwholesale.com with your order number
2. We will send a return shipping label within 2 business days
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
4. Attach the shipping label and drop off at any carrier location

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Assembled furniture (unless damaged or defective)
• Custom or special-order items
• Items returned after 30 days
